The North Wales team of a developers is celebrating after being awarded a Five Star customer satisfaction rating in an independent survey announced by the Home Builders Federation (HBF) for the 16th year running.
The only developer or housebuilder of any size or type to achieve this accolade each year since the survey launched 16 years ago, McCarthy Stone, which has developments in Prestatyn and Benllech, achieved an overall customer satisfaction score of 93%.
Both Lido Grange in Prestatyn and Plas Glanrafon in Anglesey are Retirement Living developments offering a selection of one and two bedroom apartments designed exclusively for the over 60s, as well as facilities including a communal homeowners lounge and landscaped garden areas, perfect for socialising with friends and neighbours.
