North Texas nonprofit shuttles people to warmth during a freeze, but not everyone wants to go

Teams from the nonprofit OurCalling spent hours during the winter storm crisscrossing Dallas, offering a ride to shelter to those who didn’t have any. But not everyone they encounter on the streets was interested in leaving.
