BISMARCK, N.D. — A North Dakota man will serve four years in federal prison for moving stolen cattle across state lines and for bank fraud.
U.S. District Judge Daniel M. Traynor on April 6 sentenced Kelly Anthony Glatt, of Mandan, N.D., to the four-year term for bank fraud and a concurrent three-year term for interstate transportation of stolen livestock, acting U.S. Attorney Nicholas Chase announced.
