North Dakota foster parent pleads guilty to second degree murder

(Fargo, ND) -- 45-year-old Tammy Longie of Tokio, ND, pled guilty to Second-Degree Murder and several other charges related to the death of a 5-year-old child. The plea comes after Co-defendant Erich Longie previously pled guilty to First-Degree Felony Murder, three counts of Child Abuse in Indian Country, and Child Neglect in Indian Country. Erich is scheduled for sentencing.
