Norfolk Commonwealth's Attorney Ramin Fatehi ordered to appear before judge for possible contempt of court charge – The Virginian-Pilot

Circuit Judge Mary Jane Hall issued a show cause order Tuesday that requires Fatehi to appear before her on March 15 to answer why he shouldn't be held in criminal contempt of court. If Hall finds him in contempt, she could fine or jail him.
