Question: Our condominium corporation is more than 25 years old, and we are self-managed. I have been on the board for at least 20 years. I have boxes of minutes, financial reports, invoices and other documents of the corporation in my basement. My wife has now demanded that I get rid of the documents so that we can have our basement back. No one from the board wants the boxes. How long do we have to archive minutes and financial records? Please help!
