SALISBURY â Noble Horizons was one of three continuing care retirement communities in Connecticut invited to present to the State Senateâs Subcommittee on Socialization, Visitation and Caregiver Engagement Subcommittee.
Linda Orlowski, director of social services, and Lana Knutson, director of recreation and volunteer services, gave their presentations for Noble Horizons on Dec. 14.
Noble was selected for its innovative development of safe visiting centers for families and residents during the pandemic, throughout which Noble residents have remained COVID-free, a Dec. 16 press release said. The outdoor visitation center was previously recognized by the State of Connecticutâs Department of Aging and Disability Services.
