No satellite gateways in urban areas to 'protect' telecom networks: DoT, ET Telecom

Department Of Telecommunications: In its recommendations, Trai had said the service area for the satellite earth station gateway (SESG) should be at a national level. But the DoT has decided that new SESG will not be allowed to be established in urban areas.
