The Putnam County Sheriff's Department issued a press release on Monday announcing the arrest of a New Jersey man. Multiple agencies worked in concert to arrest McDermott including: Putnam County Sheriff's Department, Westchester County Police, New York State Police, Carmel Police and Yorktown Police all assisted with the investigation.
