No-contact order given in North Side transphobic harassment case; final ruling to come

Magisterial District Judge Leah Williams Duncan has ordered no contact between an Observatory Hill family alleging transphobic harassment and Darian Balcom, the neighbor who is accused of harassing them, before making her final ruling.
