No charges for boater, 74, who rescued drowning man, 29, then shot him dead in self-defense

The Oconee County Sheriff's Office said the 10th Judicial Circuit ruled that the shooting of Nathan Drew Morgan, 29, by a 74-year-old man was in self-defense.
