The former teen heartthrob, 52 — who shot to fame in the late '80s with his bandmates, younger brother Jordan, Joey McIntyre, Donnie Wahlberg and Danny Wood — has been head over heels for Rodriguez, a personal trainer, since a mutual friend introduced them back in 2008.
