NJ man lost toe due to burns from 'searing' Trump resort deck

Theoharis Lekas, 52, claimed he suffered "devastating" third-degree burns to his feet during an August vacation in the lawsuit filed against the Sunny Isles resort in Manhattan Supreme Court Friday.
