A UK court ruling in the nearly two-year-long legal battle of jeweller Nirav Modi's extradition has said that the prima facie case on threatening witnesses as well.

New Delhi: The Westminster Magistrates' Court in London, United Kingdom on February 25 has allowed fugitive economic offender Nirav Modi's extradition to India.
A UK court ruling in the nearly two-year-long legal battle of jeweller Nirav Modi's extradition, who is wanted for fraud and money laundering in the Rs 14,000-crore Punjab National Bank (PNB) scam, has said that the prima facie case on threatening witnesses as well.
