Nine in ten C-suite execs say they're maintaining or boosting DEI schemes, lawyering up against conservative activists and braving Elon Musk's criticism of 'reverse racism'

A survey of 322 executives by the law firm Littler has revealed that 57 percent of them expanded their DEI schemes last year, while another 36 percent of them maintained their efforts.
