NIH awards Penn Medicine nearly $8 million for new Achilles tendon research center

Funded by $8 million from NIH, faculty at the Perelman School of Medicine are launching the Penn Achilles Tendinopathy Research Center to discover new remedies for Achilles tendon injuries.
