Nightclub bosses ready to take Government to court over Covid vaccine passports
Labour and the Lib Dems are against compulsory vaccine passports for nightclubs, and could be joined by dozens of Tory rebels

Hospitality industry leaders have warned the Government it could face legal action over plans for compulsory vaccine passports for nightclubs and other "large crowded settings" in England.
The new rules, announced by Boris Johnson on Monday, are due to come into effect from September when all over-18s have been offered two Covid vaccines.
