Kachalla Duna Tagirke, one of the bandit kingpins that have been terrorising Sokoto has been reportedly arrested. Zagazola Makama, a counterinsurgency expert and security analyst in the Lake Chad region disclosed this in a post on his X handle on Thursday. Kachalla had been operating under Bello Turji Kachalla, a notorious terrorist and bandit leader operating in northern Nigeria, particularly Zamfara, Sokoto, and Niger states.
