A man charged with murder in connection with the death of a man in West Cornwall has been sent for trial at Bristol Crown Court by Truro magistrates.
Nigel Christopher Honey, 50, of no fixed abode appeared at Truro Magistrates' Court this morning from Exeter Prison by video link.
He is charged that he murdered 37-year-old Edward Hinds at Penzance between February 13 and February 18 this year.
Honey, wearing a grey tracksuit, spoke only to confirm who he was and that he could hear the magistrate and that he understood the proceedings.
