Nifty Sensex remains bullish - Weekly closing report

We had mentioned in last week’s closing report that Nifty, Sensex were trending higher. The major indices continued to rally and ended with major gains.
 
 
 
On Monday, the major indices continued to climb higher. On the NSE, there were 1,357 advances, 549 declines and 341 unchanged.
 
Reliance Industries will buy IMG Worldwide’s 50 percent stake in the joint venture entity. IMG Reliance Limited is a joint venture between IMG Worldwide LLC and RIL.
 
NIIT board approved Rs 237-crore buyback plan at Rs 240 per equity share for up to 9,875,000 fully paid-up equity shares of the company. 
 
SBI Life Insurance bought 38 lakh shares of Paisalo Digital for Rs 186.20 crore from the open market.
