The Cyprus Green party is accusing the Nicosia Municipality of allegedly being responsible for the death of a number of newborn kittens over the weekend.According to a statement by the Cyprus Greens - Citizens' Cooperation, the kittens drowned inside their shelter during the weekend's storms, after
