Hampshire haulier Rogers Transport has added a new flagship to its fleet in the form of one of the first Iveco S-WAY tractors to be delivered.
Rogers Transport is a family business run by husband and wife Simon and Emma Rogers, based just north of Basingstoke. It operates in general haulage and the Palletways network, with the S-WAY mainly intended to be carrying out refrigerated supermarket trunking, with occasional work with the fleet’s curtain-siders and low-loaders, alongside the six existing Stralis tractors, half of the 14-strong parc now being Iveco. In fact, Simon Rogers thought he was getting another Stralis, but Emma engaged in a bit of subterfuge with supplying dealer Hendy Van & Truck to swap the order for the new model.
