Nicaragua: 21 Honduran Prisoners, Including MS-13 Gang Leader Freed

Nicaragua has granted pardon and repatriated 21 Honduran prisoners, which includes a leader of the MS-13 gang, back to Honduras. This move is in line with Nicaragua's initiative to return inmates to its neighboring countries, with a prior transfer involving 43 prisoners occurring in October.
