Niagara police charge 2 with murder in death of incarcerated man

Niagara police say they have arrested and charged two men in the death of a 52 year-old incarcerated man. That inmate at the Niagara Detention Centre in Thorold, Ont., died under “suspicious” circumstances in June, sparking an investigation.
