NIA arrests key ISIS operative Damudi, associate from Bhatkal

Damudis arrest came after the questioning of three suspects –– Umar Nisar, Tanveer Ahmad Bhat and Rameez Ahmad Lone –– who were arrested by the NIA last month during raids in the Valley. Damudi has been on the radar of central agencies since April 2020 due to his active role in the production and dissemination of IS propaganda online magazine, VOH.
