NHS should have 'immediately' sent critical care team to help boy, 14, who died after crashing his electric moped, coroner tells inquest

14-year-old Lucas Pollard and his friend, 15, went out to ride his electric moped in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, in the early hours of June 1 - travelling at speeds of 20mph.
