NH driver accused of fleeing from Tewksbury Police during 'drug-induced crisis'

TEWKSBURY — A New Hampshire man was arrested after he allegedly sped away from police in his SUV during what authorities described as a "drug-induced crisis" on Van Buren Road earlier this month.
