One man is facing charges of indignity to a human body and fraud under $5,000 after the Neyaashiinigmiing Police Service investigated an incident on Jan. 6, 2024, at a residence located on the Chippewas of Nawash Unceded First Nation.

Police have charged Kenneth Albert, 56, from North Bruce Peninsula. The man is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice located in Owen Sound on Feb. 29, 2024.
