NexGen Hotels, a hotel development and management company based in Itasca, Illinois, today announced the acquisition of the Holiday Inn St. Petersburg West. Located at 1200 34th Street North, the 129-room hotel will be managed by Genuine Hospitality Group of St. Louis, Missouri.
