Newark School Board President Receives Law Degree

Newark native Asia J. Norton, a former teacher who is president of the Newark school board, decided a law degree would give her even more tools to address inequities in her hometown. So in 2020, she enrolled in Rutgers Law School. She is a member of the Class of 2023.
