New Zealand’s best young women cricketers will receive a visit from the New Zealand Police later this season – but it will be a welcome one.
Eighteen players have been selected for the first New Zealand under-19 women’s side to play a NZ Police women’s XI and a NZ Provincial women’s XI in February, March and April.
“This is a great opportunity for our young, female cricketers to shine on a bigger stage,” said NZ Cricket's Head of Women’s High Performance, Ant Sharp.
