The state of New York sent out a press release earlier today, revealing that indoor arenas, including Madison Square Garden, will be able to open at limited capacity starting on February 23rd. The venues will be allowed to fill 10% of their capacity with assigned seating at MSG, Barclays Center, Nassau Coliseum, and others. Fans must provide a negative PCR test within 72 hours of the event, and face masks, social distancing, and temperature checks will be required.
