New York corrections captain appears on homicide charges after she 'ordered staff to ignore prisoner

Capt. Rebecca Hillman, 38, appeared in Manhattan Supreme court on Friday. She was charged in April with criminally negligent homicide over the suicide of inmate Ryan Wilson, 29, who died last November.
