New W.Va. Law Forces Another Needle Exchange Closure

Proponents of Senate Bill 334, which passed earlier this year, was intended to reduce crime, health risks and litter supposedly associated with needle exchanges. But Mercer County needle exchange workers say the program made the community healthier.
