New Victorian Liberal MPs call for 'different approach' to reform state's criminal justice system

Newly elected Liberal MPs Chris Crewther and Evan Mulholland used their maiden speeches to the Victorian parliament this week to call for a suite of changes to keep people out of prison and give them a “second chance” at life.
