A POPULAR community-run charity event will return this year after being revamped due to Covid restrictions.
The annual New Town Open Gardens normally gets residents together to explore the stunning gardens of the area whilst raising money for good causes at the same time.
However, last year's event had to be cancelled due to Covid restrictions.
In 2021, however, organisers have decided to host a socially distanced New Town Front Garden Trail instead.
Jean Quinn, co-organiser, said: "We really did not want to cancel this popular New Town community event for a second year so were delighted when a friend suggested as an alternative, utilising our front gardens which can be viewed from a safe distance."
