New Taipei health authority blamed for slow ambulance response time

Taipei, June 21 (CNA) New Taipei City's Department of Health has been accused of being directly responsible for the delay in ambulance response time allegedly linked to the death of a 2-year-old toddler from COVID-19 on April 19.
