New St. Clair Shores police chief named

ST. CLAIR SHORES — The morning of Sept. 27, Jason Allen was promoted to St. Clair Shores police chief, Paul Plaza to deputy chief, Matt McCallister to lieutenant and Heather Campbell to sergeant.
