Byram Avari inaugurated the 2km Dinshaw B. Avari Road from Keamari Bridge to Khamees Gate at a cost of Rs40 million with the Sindh chief minister on Saturday in Karachi.   The ceremony was attended by Local Government Minister Syed Nasir Shah, Karachi Administrator Murtaza Wahab, Byram D.
