Online recruitment platform
The Hub has gone live with candidates and job vacancies from event industry employers and recruiters, 17 May.
The Hub’s founder Robert Kenward said the platform, which is free to use for the next six months, is “community driven”, created to enable people to find work, and for companies and recruiters to find talent.
Kenward said The Hub has received job vacancies from the likes of Imagination, IMEX Group, DRPG, GPJ, Sleek Events, MCI Group, Montgomery, BCD Meeting and Events, Mash Media, XYZ, Nteractive, Identity, DN Events, ACA Live, Expocast and You Search & Select.
The Hub is supported by 19 community partners, including industry associations AEO, AEV and ESSA (working together as the EIA), EVCOM, HBAA, NOEA, AFO, ILEA (UK & Ireland Chapter), mia, MPI (UK & Ireland Chapter), ICCA (UK & Ireland Chapter), and industry groups and charities including the Alliance of Independent Event Agencies (AIEA), Diversity Ally, Eventprofslive, Meeting Needs, Fast Forward 15, IMEX Group and EventWell.
