New Penn Medicine mental health hub to open inside former Mercy Hospital in West Philly

Penn Medicine is an opening a new mental health care hub that will provide inpatient and outpatient services, and house a crisis response center that will offer emergency treatment to people with substance use and psychiatric disorders. The new hub is opening inside the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania - Cedar Avenue, the site of the former Mercy Philadelphia Hospital.
