New law means voters could decide on hotel tax to back amphitheater, stadium

The Kent County Board of Commissioners is poised to take up a resolution that would ask voters to decide whether to raise hotel taxes to help fund the Acrisure Amphitheater and a proposed soccer stadium in downtown Grand Rapids.
