Illinois State University has a new president… and for the first time, a woman will fill that job.
Terri Goss Kinzy becomes the 20
th president of the university in Normal. She succeeds Larry Dietz, who will retire in June.
Kinzy, who is currently a vice president at Western Michigan University, was given a four-year contract, under which she will be paid $375,000 a year and will receive the use of a personal car.
