New housing estate proposed for hinterland town

The plans appear to have been in the pipeline for some time now with a pre lodgement meeting held in June 2017 with council staff.
A total of 33 residential lots and road reserve have now been proposed, with lot sizes varying from 300sq m to 411 sq m.
The development will provide for small lot houses and potentially some dual occupancy product, according to the documents submitted.
