New FDTL rules: Why DGCA has asked airlines to indicate their implementation timelines

After deferring the implementation of the revised regulations to manage crew fatigue, the aviation regulator has now asked carriers for their implementation timelines. While the deferment was a win for the airlines, it left a large number of pilots and their associations miffed.
