New face of Dunes pavilion expected to partially open in time for Memorial Day

The new amenities at the pavilion at Indiana Dunes State Park are scheduled to open in some fashion for Memorial Day weekend as the most controversial part of the project, an adjacent banquet center, has been dropped.
