New DJ Screw documentary to be produced by Emmy-winning producers

The late DJ Screw is known for originating the chopped and screwed sound, and now the musical pioneer will be honored with a new documentary this year.
The Elite Media Group posted a trailer on their Twitter page Wednesday.
Titled "Chopped and Screwed: The Final Mixtape," the documentary will be directed by Issac Yoman, the creator of the DJ Screw biopic, All Screwed Up, in partnership with Interesting Human Media. The documentary will be produced by the Emmy Award-winning producers from docu-series Hip-Hop Evolution and Life Below Zero.
