Trinity Chippenham will be launching its debt centre in March thanks to a grant from Wiltshire Community Foundation’s Coronavirus Response and Recovery Fund
A NEW debt advice centre is being launched in Chippenham after its organisers were moved by fears for families struggling because of the pandemic.
Trinity Chippenham, a church based in the town, has been awarded £20,000 from Wiltshire Community Foundation’s Coronavirus Response and Recovery Fund towards employing a manager and setting up costs. The fund has already raised £1.2 million and distributed more than £1 million through more than 200 grants to groups across the county.
The church has been worshipping at Hardenhuish School for three years but had to move to St Andrews during the pandemic.
