New company plans to redevelop southeast corner of 46th and Tennyson

A new company wants to take a stab at redeveloping the southeast corner of 46th Avenue and Tennyson Street — one that’s already building along the Berkeley retail corridor.
Denver-based Alpine Investments, led by Churchill Bunn, submitted a concept plan to the city earlier this month, proposing a three-story, 90-unit residential complex at the site.
The first floor would have 5,500 square feet of retail space, 3,400 square feet of leasing and amenity space and a handful of residential units, with parking to the rear. The upper floors would be all residential — a mix of studios and one- and two-bedroom units. The project would have 95 parking spaces total.
