CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) - The Charleston County Sheriffâs Office says two of its deputies who started their tenure under the previous sheriff will not continue under the agencyâs new sheriff.
Sheriff Kristin Graziano took over the sheriffâs office Tuesday and has been swearing in deputies under her administration for the last two days, Capt. Roger Antonio said.
He said Graziano decided not to swear in Chief Deputy Willis Beatty, who has been with the agency since March 1990; and Lt. David Willoughby, who has been with the agency since October 1988.
